Ratings and Reviews
Joint audits should be made applicable immediately
Joint audits of large entities is advisable. All comments of increased cost, dilution of work and responsibility in case of fraud etc is misplaced and mentioned with lack of ground realities. The work allocation between auditors is a normal practice and then the joint final audit report is the norm. The ICAI the governing body for all CAs also mandates how joint audit has to be conducted, work distribution and reporting and how joint report is to be issued . Large government entities are under joint audit and there are no bad news coming as a result of joint audit. Fear of dilution of influence and revenue by the Big 4 is generating resistance. The RBI circular mandating rotation and joint audit and limit was the step in the right direction and the MCA should adopt the same for large entities. Audit fees are such a small cost in large companies that even to talk about is rather inexplainable. With the complexity of businesses increasing and Indian companies going global a simple principle of teo eyes are better then one needs no justification and needs to be implement in the larger interest of good financial reporting in the larger public interest
Developer Response ,

Reliable & sincere news with good sources albeit at times a bit opinionated!
This is the only news paper that I feel like reading, especially due to the way today’s news has evolved into. It becomes increasingly difficult to find quality content which is accurate & unbiased.
I find majority of the content has high quality & integrity although some of the authors at times may seem to have strong opinions, well that is something all of us fall prey to time to time.
Feedback, please stop promoting US and other country’s VISA’s and strategies on how to relocate out of India! Kindly prioritise on showcasing how India could improve, how to find a better quality of life while finding a good balance for standard of living. I feel that economy of India is damaged by forcing and pushing talented hardworking citizens out. That short term click bait profit may be much more costlier not just to the country but to your users (readers) in turn affecting your own business! And you may call this as my opinion.
Please delete this junk from your phone and do not support such unethical money greedy apps.
App ruined completely with more spam & junk ads. Content is also halved to access only for paid subscription. The intension now clear to earn money and not to share news to people. Please delete this junk from your phone and do not support such unethical money greedy apps. This app now doesn’t deserve a single star. The intention of the app is to loot indian citizens with revenue from junk ads every couple of inches and also charge to read rest of the news content. I wish our country has strict laws to restrict these junk app companies.
P.S Update: I am glad the App developer has responded. But I would like the Developer to know that the UI has been ruined recently with wierd size fonts and wierd space between content stories. The old interface was perfect and nicely organised. I had been using the ET app with old interface for over 3 years even with the junk ads. This new interface is made worse. Just like Microsoft ruining Windows 7 with Windows 8. Simplicity is more. Please bring back the old interface with simple spacing between content and uniform content. It is much easier on the eye to see uniform font and organised uniformly. Perhaps this is my OCD in me. But i am sure other users share my opinion.
