Apple Watch Version Needed!
Great app. Very simple, robust, pleasing and effective. It wasn’t a difficult decision to upgrade to premium. Will give 5 stars when Apple Watch version is made available. The native breath app on WatchOS is too basic and not very effective.
Wow App
A perfect app for mindfulness meditation. It took three days to find my rhythm, once found your mind just syncs to it and bliss...the app helps set that. Your mind gets conditioned to the tune (Pavlovian conditioning) and after that it's just following your breath. One second of 'hold' on both ends help to prepare the reversal though not for holding precisely. Kudos to the developers. Happy meditation...
Useful app
Helps you to concentrate better and calm down. The Taptic functionality gives a good feedback to help you synchronise your breath. It would be good if a tone-down Taptic functionality was included for exhale cycle also. Currently it works for inhale cycle only.
