Not so good as you claim

First- every single time when i open the app it is crashed and gives a blank white screen. Whenever I have to place the order or check the menu and offers the same thing happens and I have to uninstall the app and install it again and if I get busy meanwhile and the order isn’t placed that very moment then I have to repeat everything again. It’s the 5th-6th time I have to uninstall and install the app back and forth on a matter of few minutes and the same thing repeats.

Second- when raising the issue on your AI assistant, I never get the reply. I keep on sending messages and everything is in vain.

Third- the order was delayed incorrect contact number mentioned on your app. And so much more happened which I can’t type anymore.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Burger King every-time. I placed an order from app at store on paud road , Kothrud in Pune . Not only did I not receive my complete order, but the orders were consistently delayed. From consistently incomplete and delayed orders to a delivery agent who not only failed to uphold professionalism but also used abusive language, my faith in the brand has been severely shaken. The frustration of waiting for my food and then discovering items missing left me with a very negative impression. It's disheartening when both the service and the conduct of those representing the restaurant fall so far below expectations." I recommend all other users not to trust on Burger King & go for other brands .

Very very oathetic dont order from them

They have very oathetic service. I order from them few days back and my order was shown on the way in th app and when i track it the rider is at some opposite direction deliverling some other order. When i called the restraurant they said order is in the retraunt and ready after 20 mins the rider came back to retraunt as per tracking and he picked same cold burger and came to my place. I refused the order as it was cold and asked him to bring fresh order. He heated the same order and brought back. The orange mayonise turned dark brown and when i tried to call them again they stopped responding to my call. I left a feedback on order but no resolution. Go for mcdonald they are best.
