Oven Story Pizza- Order Online 4+

Yeah... their app is a lil different and difficult to understand but the taste and quality of their pizzas is fantastic!!! Their app sure needs more user friendly development and so does their customer service... but I guess in time n experience this should meet our expectations! Overall after order was placed there was a timer set of 45 mins and it was delivered to be 8 minutes before time! Had no issues with delivery
Take away: They need to improve on app user friendliness and customer service, taste and quality was better than Dominos 🔥 💯

I ordered pizza today through over story app for home delivery. Just 5-10 mins before delivery time I received a call from the store that paneer is not available. They could have told this asap post order placement but they didn’t. I had kids at home who were screaming for food. I asked them to send a garlic bread as compensation for late update. Plus they cancelled my order on their own and refund was to come after 15-20 days. I was asked to place another order and that they would for sure come back to me on what they could do for the inconvenience caused. But they didn’t. When I called their phone was ringing but they picked the call and kept it aside with no one responding. When I called again their ph was busy, this happened several times. And they were least bothered to get back to me which they said they would. I demand for compensation might not be just but they should have atleast had the courtesy to facilitate in some form for the inconvenience caused. I know losing one customer might not be of any importance for them.

The after sales is pathetic I ordered cheese burst margherita pizza for my daughter and was delivered just a regular Margherita pizza which is a waste as mu daughter eats and likes the cheese burst version only The response i received from the customer service was “Sorry for the inconvenience, we have passed on the feedback to our concerned team to ensure such issues do not happen again. Your feedback is valuable for us and helps us better our services” I demanded a replacement of order OR refund and was denied both stating that there is way too many orders and more orders cannot be catered by the location responsible to execute the order. I was then asked to call in future and reference the number provided for a replacement order. There is no order line for Eatsure OR Owenstory that I am aware of. I asked for the number and the executive also was unable to provide the number. A clear bluff and I am sure this is a standard practice being followed by Eatsure/Owenstory Should not be using this app to order
