Not able to download the bills
Hi, I am using iPhone XR (Model MRY52HN/S) with iOS version 14.4. I am using BSESYPL application downloaded today, 09-Apr-21.
When I download the bill, the bill opens up, however, it does not appear in my Downloads folder. Also, there is no button to download or share the bill (share to WhatsApp, or to Google drive, etc).
Please advise. Thanks. Shiva.
Payment Making problem
Whenever I make payment from this app using credit card. App never give any confirmation that payment done successfully. It remain on same payment page and amount also get deducted from account and get updated later.
But last month payment got deducted and later refunded on credit card back.
Pls resolve the issue
Good application and easy to use
This application from BSES is really good and easy to use and tracking previous bill, energy consumption patterns and online payment of billing.
