Good app with limited facilities
The look and feel of app is dated. However easy way to view bill and do online payment. It would have been more beneficial if there is a way to manually upload meter reading in the app itself
Able to do self billing after a quite long time
Please keep the system intact so that whoever want to do self billing can do without any hassle I have been trying for almost 2 years and today I am able to submit it successfully. Overall Team great job more to come
Worst experience
Fed up with coaxing from IGL through SMSs I decided to give it a try for ‘self billing’ option. Initially I thought it as a good use of technology but soon it became frustrating experience.
1. Took multiple try to get myself registered here even though I am using website since years. It kept saying ‘failed’
2. After 15 mins trial finally I succeeded in registering myself.
3. While self billing, I put meter reading, clicked photo of reading (of course through the app) and on 3rd step it asks for meter number, which I entered. Now after submitting nothing happened. No error or success message and you don’t know what happened.
4. I thought to see the meter reading status tab but nothing was there as well.
So all in all I wasted 30 mins and got angrier.
PLEASE AVOID THIS CRAP.
