CabBazar - Outstation Taxi 4+

Had the worst experience during this trip, we had recommended one friend along with his wife and kid to join. So there were 2 kids below 1 year. First off at the destination point that guy had dropped us at one location ideally we are supposed to meet at the same location post coming back. There was huge crowd during the event. Post finish rush was rapid and when we reached the drop location cab was nowhere to be found. The guy was giving stupid directions made us walk for close 2 hours before finally coming to pick us at one location. Along with 2 kids we had to go through this. Then it was heavily raining upon return so we requested the driver to drop one family at one point he clearly denied and spoke rudely luckily we had an umbrella still heavy winds the little one got drenched. Any normal human being would have behaved differently under this situation could have asked for extra fare but no he left us in middle of road. This has to got to be the worst trip of my life. Will never travel via Cabbazar or recommend anyone to use the app. Better to use Ola outstation atleast the driver have some courtesy

Pathetic Service. Unprofessional customer care and sales team. Their model is simple - Take the commission upfront and then let the customer figure out then how to travel. Their sales and customer care agents are sitting in most rural towns working out of home and don’t empathise with the sense of urgency that the customer has or the ordeal that the customer is going through when the cab doesn’t reach on time, drivers are unprofessional, abusive drivers, pathetic can quality, etc. They don’t even know the vendor which have signed up with them is providing his company’s car or is there more chain of vendors and drivers involved. In my last incident, there were 3 vendors involved and them the individual driver. I was not knowing whom should I connect to when the driver didn’t reach on time - vendor 1 said will get back and have number of vendor 2, vendor have number of vendor 3, vendor 3 said he will provide another driver at a different cost… Thanks for spoiling the hard earned vacation for me. Will never book a cab again through cab bazaar. Gozo cabs is much professional and 100 times better.

If you make a booking via this app you can forget about getting your refund. You will get credit vouchers which will force you to use their service. I made the mistake of booking a cab and because the app charges a huge commission to the drivers, they are unable to make the trip in the rates promised. We had some altercations with the driver regarding the payment he would receive and the driver courteously dropped me back to my pick up location because it was not viable for him. However it wasted my time and I had to cancel the trip. The app refused to refund my money. I re-booked another trip for a future date to use the refund credit, but I could not use the full credit amount in the next booking. So I’m now forced to make another booking just to recover the extra money paid. It’s better that I let them have the extra 300 bucks and never book their service again. Good companies don’t hesitate to refund customer’s money. And app needs to sort out payments to drivers beforehand.
