I had booked an outstation rental cab and the amount mentioned while confirming the bookings was INR 3389. But my problem started with the journey. There was no confirmation message shared by Meru however the cab arrived on time. When we boarded the cab, driver mentioned that he had received an offline request and the charges mentioned at booking time may vary. I called meru customer care and they asked me that everything will be settled once we end the journey at time of payment.However when we reached the destination, driver asked me to pay INR 4248 which was higher then what initial booking asked for(which is INR 3389).Driver nor the Meru company has shared me any breakup of the total fare and now their customer care is not picking my calls.Pathetic company and worst service.
