Steps for hourly rental cabs booking:
1. Select your pickup location.
2. Select your pickup time and package (in case of hourly rentals). You can book 45 minutes to 48 hours in advance.
3. Select your payment method.
4. Confirm your ride. No need to worry about driver cancellation.
5. Enjoy your ride and get down to the destination, refreshed. Pay through cash/wallet after completing your ride.
Steps to book airport taxi services:
1. At the IGI Airport, head to the BluSmart Pickup Zone at Level 2, Multi-Level Car Parking (above Uber and Ola Pickup zones) at T3 or walk over to the BluSmart kiosk at T1 & T2.
2. Generate a PIN instantly from the kiosk or BluSmart app. Or use the one generated during the ride scheduled.
3. Get into the first available cab and share the PIN with the driver.
4. Enjoy your ride and get down to the destination. Pay through cash/wallet after completing your ride.
5. For pickups from the Bengaluru Airport, schedule your cab, enter your destination & voila!

Worth it
I recently had an incident that would have cost me a lot, but thanks to BluSmart's Customer Care services, that saved me from losing my job. So, my flight from Mumbai to Delhi was already delayed 2 hours, and I had a very important meeting in my office. After landing in Delhi, I was assured that I would instantly book my ride to Gurugram via BluSmart's available kiosk. I booked my cab and hoped to arrive on time at my office. Surely, my luck was not with me, and the cab's tire was punctured. I was taken aback for a while as I was already late for the meeting. However, the driver's partner said that it would take only 20 minutes, but I was running out of time. Having some hope for a positive response, I called BluSmart's customer care number; the person with whom I spoke was very courteous, and because we were near Gurugram, he said that he would assign a new cab to me and to my surprise, the new driver arrived in 5-7 minutes. And this is how my day and my job were saved through timely assistance and quick service. Had an incredible experience with BluSmart!

Not guaranteed cab will come on given time slot.
On last Friday I booked my slot for Saturday early morning 7:15 am because I had to catch another outstanding ride which i booked on sharing app bla bla and when i saw the status it showed the cab will arrive at 8 o’clock. I was shocked to see that even when booking a night previously I would still miss the ride by huge time gab of 45 mins. They still charged me cancellation fee that I took refund by complaining on the app help section. The mistake is from app algorithm side because the driver called me and said he was far from my location and still got the booking and he was trying to connect with blu support to solve the issue. The concept is great but if the cab will not come at given slot and that too late by a huge margin then what’s the point of time slot every person is busy and they plan everything accordingly but even one day advance booking I would not be sure that i will reach on given time then it will not work or at-least I would never book it again if that happens to me again. So either cabs are really less in service or their booking algorithm is too stupid and developers needs to be changed. Do Something about it because its a great concept.
