Charges more than displayed

They take your in a different route which takes longer time. Charges are no where to what is estimated, it is much more that you estimated charges. Customer support does not even respond properly if there are any grievances from customer. They are not ready to even raise the complaint or concern. Customer support starts laughing if you raise a complaint and starts supporting auto drivers for no reason. Taking a different route could also be not safe for women. Customer support should be little mature/trained to understand the customer grievances.

Driver drops off midway

I had the most disturbing and disrespectful experience with Namma Yatri today. I had an exam at 8.30 and I booked an auto and I got one. The auto number didn’t match the number on my phone but that happens all the time so I didn’t think much about it and then I gave my OTP and the ride got verified and the auto driver starts the ride and then he drops me off mid way because he got a better ride on Ola but told me “Maam you’re sitting in the wrong auto please get down , I have a drop in HSR layout” this was obviously a lie because if I was in the wrong auto, the ride would have never gotten verified. The man had no courtesy or responsibility. Is this how they treat customers? They have no penalty as such. And he didn’t even think twice before dropping me off mid way in the middle of nowhere and all because he got a high paying ride on old. Please work on your drivers Namma Yatri. No one wants to be treated like trash. The man had no pity even after I requested and begged him to drop me even though he was in the wrong and not me and he had the audacity to lie about me being in the wrong auto when the ride was literally verified and drive off without an apology.

Worst customer care and worst location navigation on the app

I have been using their app from the day of the launch. Their are two biggest flaws of this app:
a) one is that if a person is waiting in location A and the details are automatically taken on the app-maps, the auto driver takes 15 minutes to reach the location because the navigation shows him a round about to reach the location. Absolute waste of time in the mornings for the customers. I have been facing this issue for the last 4 months.
b) I tried to reach out to the customer support to tell them about the above situation and see if they can help me with it. They pick the call, listen halfway and disconnect it immediately, this has happened after calling for a week continuously. I mean please learn from your competitors who are commission based, but they have a solid customer care experience who actually listens to the concerns of the customer.

Most auto drivers think that this is a government app, they have no clue that it’s Justpay behind this app who doesn’t care about their customers at all.
