Hi, I have been using this app since a week for BMTC pass. Every time the conductor has to look at the pass and the validity date or scan it. I am suggesting a simple change to make this process simple for bus conductor and users - the background color of pass is white today. You can make it light green (entire page or part of the page) when the pass is active and not expired. When the pass expires, the entire page background can be changed to light red to indicate expiry. Visually, it will be very easy for conductors to see if the pass is still active.
Hope this feature you can implement faster.

A good application with a potential to be even better
This application makes everyday commuting on BMTC buses a lot more convenient for everyone. I just have 2 issues with the app.
The first being that when I add my UPI - ID (I use HDFC PAY-Z app) it doesn’t work & I have to tell my friends to complete the transaction for me I hope this gets fixed soon.
The second thing is more of a suggestion than an issue. Please add the ability to show the bus pass offline (or in Apple Wallet) since while travelling in remote areas network connectivity issues cause difficulties in validating the pass.

Bus Route information based on Route number
GE sir,
I’ve been using your mobile application. Kindly request you to enhance it with bus location if possible for commuters/ passengers like us to check and reach to it before time instead of missing or waiting for them at it’s scheduled stop. This will be beneficial, helpful and useful for many civilians like me. I’m sure my humble request would be considered and fulfilled. Awaiting your kind confirmation and reply.
