Good focus on customer service helped

It was difficult to use this app to book a bike from the US as it needs a local number to authenticate. However, reaching the CEO from the app was a great option that helped.

The CEO asked Agil to help book a bike without a local number and we were given an option register later when we had access to a local number.

Finally, Ommer and Raman helped us with the last mile of confirming the bike rental. We are waiting to go the trip and now the bikes will be ready for us thanks to Royal Brothers!

I am impressed with the way the booking and delivery process was done... I shall talk about the people who were helpful during the booking and delivery process and then about the vehicle ... Nimitha is very kind and humble .. helped me with the available vehicle information as per her database . Helped me with the booking process and was on the call with me throughout and made sure the booking process is smooth .. Next , the delivery executives Mohammed Siddiq and Arafath were humble and vehicle was delivered promptly the next day .. no delay at all . Regarding the vehicle , I have booked a Fascino for a month. The vehicle is not in a great condition. Slightly noisy. And one of the mirrors isn’t sturdy. I suggest that the technicians/ mechanics should service the vehicle very well before sending it out for delivery. I understand this is lockdown time but better servicing of the vehicles Is needed ... I was in touch with executive Siddiq and he ensured smooth delivery of vehicles. I even extended a month of the trip and Siddique ensured the pick up of the vehicle smoothly

User friendly app, good variety and price and great customer service

I have just made a booking, because of connecting flights being late I am a day late to pick up the ride and needed to shift the whole booking by a day. First of all the app and website are good, I found the app especially user friendly and the inventory is good too. On top when I needed the modification of the booking I was helped exceptionally well by Denzil in customer care. He understood the delay, helped cancel the last booking with no penalties, and rebooking till confirmation. This took away the stress associated with such situations. Now all I wanna do is reach the spot, pick the bike up and ride!
