The only challenge is they cancel your ride just half an hr before the ride is scheduled. This has happened with me 2nd time that the ride is scheduled at 8.46 AM and I receive a msg at 8.15 AM that the ride is cancelled which is totally disappointing since you have planned your day according to the shuttl reaching time. Especially in the morning when you are in hurry you do not tend to check the messages and suddenly when you are on your way to the stop you check your msg and the ride is cancelled. Apar from that I have been using shuttl since couple of weeks now, which I find very convenient mode of travel and appreciate the services. They need to improvise on the cancellation part and instead inform 24hrs before cancellation or ensure an alternative for the same. Also there is one more thing I’d like to put through is if there is a rider at particular stop, there should be some way to contact the rider if they are coming or no since they already have a track of how many riders are boarding on a particular stop since even if you are late for 3 mins it does not wait and in a city like Mumbai traffic is uncalled hence a rider can get late for 2-3mins “SOMETIMES”. Their customer service is the most lousy customer service I have ever come across, I lost something on the bus and they failed to even connect me to the bus driver. 2)I renewed my pass but my old rides weren’t transferred to it at all. I wasted over 2000 rupees on my pass rides but still seeing the pathetic bus services and rude drivers and pathetic customer service, I thought of trying it again to get my money worth back. The driver today is driving below the speed of 35 and I will be super late for a very important meeting, which I would have been able to attend even if I left 45 minutes late than I did today by any other means of transport. The customer service isn’t replying too. Their business and money is short lived because they don’t know how to take care of their customers. Please don’t invest into these scams, don’t buy passes and don’t even expect the customer care to help you.UPDATE: only when I thought things will get better after their assistance- customer care send only one reply - I would be glad to assist you but no response after it. My driver took a wrong turn on the route he apparently goes on everyday, said he has no GPS, and now I am on a one hour delay, they also unjustly charged me 25 rupees on Paytm which I noticed and I wonder how many times they do that, would request everyone not to add your wallets on it. It is the most pathetic app when it comes to customer service

This is fantastic service undoubtedly. My travel become much easier now. Here is my honest feedback. This might look harsh but not really. I’m giving this feedback because I don’t want to go to office late. I hope you guys understand. This app is not responding at all to view my rides and to book a new ride in peak hours. And also it is not showing the current location of the bus and on the map. I thought my trip will be cancelled but I waited for sometime and looking at each bus number then finally it came. And one day I booked a seat for 9:20 AM, I got a message at 9:30AM saying that your trip is cancelled. Again I booked a seat for 9:40AM, I got message at 9:50AM saying that your trip is cancelled. I was just standing on the road. I reached customer care (another pathetic service) they said bus break down. You guys could have given me earlier information about cancellations then I would have looked for alternatives. How can two buses be breakdown at the same time. Are you guys not checking the buses until starting time? Are you guys running poor conditioned buses? And one of the bus doesn’t have the curtains inside, so I was unable to sit at the window seat because of the heavy sun light.

Would like to share my reviews for the incident which took place on 6th August 2019, I was standing on my shuttl stop at gurgaon toll wherein I was waiting for my shuttl to come, firstly it came 25 minutes late and then when it arrived the driver didn’t stop the bus on my stop and he was about to hit me from which my friend saved me by pulling me back. Then we entered inside the bus no HR69D3177 in which the driver was in completely drunk state and was driving very rash and several times he was about to hit the bus on the flyover and on footpaths, he was driving in a zig zag manner and was making every passenger terrified, we immediately called the shuttl customer care service to which we explained the whole matter and asked them to do take this issue seriously since it was life threatening but they didn’t take any step. I was on call for almost 35-40 min and many people travelling in the bus called the customer care to which we just got the response that relieving team has been informed about the same and they are working on it and your issue has been escalated but nothing happened from their end, unfortunately we had to go through the same journey risking our lives throughout till we reached our stop . This is such a careless attitude from your end, we 60 people travelling in the bus were your responsibility and it was your duty to verify whether the state of driver is in driving condition or not. We 60 people risked our lives and we couldn’t even get down from the bus since the driver was not even in a listening state and was not stopping the bus at all . I am highly disappointed with the pathetic service provided from your end yesterday and would never like to recommend shuttl service to any of my friends and relatives ever. Richa Bhatti
