Track Your Bus Live
We use GPS devices in city buses and stream their locations live to your screen. With just one tap you can see the exact location of every bus, and know what time it will reach your stop.
Find Live Arrival Time Of Your Bus
Our real-time proprietary algorithm processes millions of data points to calculate the live arrival time of your bus. All you have to do is tap once on your bus stop to see the live arrival time of your bus, and plan when to leave accordingly
Live Passenger Indicator
With this feature on the Chalo App you can know in advance how crowded your bus is before even boarding it. It helps you take the bus which is less crowded.
Chalo Super Saver
With Chalo Super Saver plans you can now save money on your bus travel. Each plan entitles you to a specific number of trips within its validity period for a much lower cost per trip.
Mobile Ticket and Bus Pass
You can buy mobile tickets and bus passes on the Chalo App. Now you don’t have to wait in long queues at the bus pass counter anymore to buy your pass. After purchasing the ticket or pass on the app, just show it to the conductor on your phone while enjoying a safer and hassle-free travel experience.

It’s good but has room for improvements
I have been using this app for a few weeks and I must say that it is very easy to use and navigate. The app has a simple and intuitive interface that lets me access all the functions with just a few taps. The app also has a lot of useful features that make my life easier specially for local commuting.
However, the app is not perfect and there are some features that I wish it had. For example, the app does not have a dark mode option, which would be nice for using the app at night or in low-light conditions. The app also does not have a search function regarding bus routes and their expected ETA timings at a particular location, which makes it hard to find bus options and to track online. The app also does not support multiple languages, which limits its usability for people who speak different languages.
I hope that the developers of the app will listen to the feedback of the users and add these features in the future updates. I think that the app has a lot of potential and can become even better with some improvements. I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a convenient and user-friendly app for local bus commuting, but I would also advise them to be patient and wait for the app to evolve.

Amazing app
This app is amazing! It is very to use, it gives accurate information. A few points that could be improved A) At times the gps is not able to detect my precise location and shows me buses going in the opposite direction B) It would be nice if a live chat option could be available coz many times bus drivers change their route/destination and there is no way to reflect it on the app. In this case if we could chat with the passengers we could get a clear idea. C) Earlier there was an option to add the prn of chalo card and login, check balance etc. that option is no longer available would be nice if that could be brought back

Great Experience with Chalo Bus App
I’ve been using the Chalo Bus App for my commute between Navi Mumbai and BKC, and it’s been a great experience. I don’t see myself switching to another service anytime soon.
The app is reliable, with very few cancellations and live tracking, which is super helpful. Plus, there are multiple time slots available for my route, so I can plan my day easily. The app itself is easy to use, too.
The buses are always clean, and the drivers are friendly and polite.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Chalo to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable way to get around Mumbai.
