Could be designed better
Mandatory registration at the beginning is a huge pain but the app is great to use for which I am giving it a five star.

Limited Functionality in the iOS Application
The iOS application lacks a feature to check or modify existing reservations. I consider this to be a fundamental feature for any hotel application, and its absence has caused some inconvenience. I would appreciate it if the application could be updated to include this functionality.

Doesn't even open
Never had an app which doesn't even open and just automatically crashes. And I am seeing similar reviews from December with the development team response being everything is working fine. When so many of us are reporting the same issue, you should look into this more and resolve it.
