SpiceJet – Book Cheap Flights 4+

Hi, I’m using the app since 3-4 months. So far it is a good experience. But I would like to suggest you some ideas in importing PNR numbers which are purchased from some other account, just like in Indigo. Because, many a times a company may book tickets for business travels and the employee is unable to add his ticket in his profile. It’ll also be good if apple wallet configuration is done, to add boarding passes to wallet.

I booked a flight for Gwalior on 29th May. On 30th May, by luck, I checked PNR status of the flight. It showed the flight got cancelled. I was completely shocked as I had no intimation through SMS / call / email for flight cancellation. Now when I called customer care, they said we don’t know why flight got cancelled. It might be because MP might impose restrictions on flights. But I can see that flights are operating to other cities of MP being other cities in Red zone. And Gwalior is in Green zone. They had no justification. On top of that he said that we can’t refund you the money, it will be available in your credit she’ll which you can use for booking SpiceJet flight only that too till 31 March 2021 and for the same passengers. This is ridiculous. If a booked a flight and it gets cancelled due to XYZ reasons from your side, you can’t hold my money and force me to use your service in future. This way you are downgrading your image and loosing customers for sure. If I won’t get refund then surely I will use your service only once in my lifetime to use the credit shell amount, while if it gets refunded back to me then I might think of using your devices regularly.

I am here complaining about flight no. SG 8130
PNR, FYQ NPP and J8Qz3f which is first delayed and then cancelled without any information. I am travelling with my two years daughter and i work with Delhi govt and my Brother is in CISF, My husband works with bank. We three had to join today at our respective offices but due to your misconduct with your travellers are very pathetic and in human. They simply told me to go and come for other flight which was scheduled again after 17 hours. Don’t forget that i am travelling with my daughter. They even didn’t ask me for water. I know you have lounge facilities for your travellers. My daughter was crying and i took her to a nearby hotel, they charged me like hell. I am suffering here at airport. Again your 1.40 PM flight is delayed what to do. Should I complain at higher level for your incorporation?? Reply
