An app created to connect University of Calgary students together.
CampusFire is an application designed to help University of Calgary students make more meaningful connections. CampusFire does this by enabling users to connect with people who share their interests and goals, engage in discussions, and share events and news.
We believe that the University of Calgary community would love to use a dedicated platform like this, now that we value in person connections even more.

The discover page is where all the user profiles are displayed. An algorithm places the users higher or lower depending on similarities or interests.
Conversations & Requests
When a user finds somebody they would like to connect with, they can send a message request and start a conversation. Requests section takes care of giving you a seamless experience for interacting with users on the app, essentially showing all new conversation requests sent to you.
