After installing in home page I applied loan to check the amount I am eligible so I uploaded the required documents then in application I didn’t get anything about my eligibility.
Later I got option for e mandate and capital now executive called me and directly told to complete e-mandate but I said I don’t want disbursement of amount until I get to knw the disbursing amount and the rate of interest and hidden charges so executive told you can check that in application after e-mandate so after doing e mandate I was waiting to check details of amount disbursal and rate of interest and hidden charges
But some amount got transferred to my account without my permission/confirmation of disbursement and now they expect me to pay rate of interest and then all that hidden charges.

So anyone applying for loan in this capitalnow application be careful that you will not know that disbursement amount and you will not have authorisation to disburse the amount.
