CaratLane Store Margao absolutely exquisite

CaratLane Margao Branch staff has been very warm and welcoming. Ms. Parifa has been very patient in showing us different items we wanted to see and she has explained to us in detail the way CaratLane care for their customers providing genuine information. We are overwhelmed with the services and have been so happy to place our orders for certain ornaments we liked. One request I would like to make to the owners of CaratLane is that they plan to have upto size 18 rings for women in their showroom which would help many women buy a ring of their size on their first visit to the stores. Thank you Parifa and thank you CaratLane and all the staff.

Pathetic service zero quality in user experiences & the tech and marketing support.

I had bought a diamond solitaire ring from CaratLane for my engagement . It was my first purchase & will be the last for sure.
From store to online it has just given me pain.
At first I was not able to place the order because of some technical issue. My gift card voucher was not working I don’t know why. Then it worked after few conversations then in the payment they applied 10k instead of 5k. After placing the order I got a call after few days that plz return our extra money otherwise they will cancel my order. I paid the amount then I got a mail after 2 days that your payment is showing as fraud so we need to clarify plz send your card details with the ID proof. & the irony is I did the payment through net banking not by card. Finally after waiting a week I receive the product and the tin box is distorted the bill is showing other amounts. Gold weight is different which was told to me in the Caratelane store.
It’s a sheer frustration for me I have been part of the several e commerce company where I have established the product but never expected this from a jewellery e commerce where your trust should be given top priority.
Thanks a lot Caratelane for ruining my experience that too for my engagement.

Very disappointed

I have purchased my ring on 5th October and they said you’ll get your size ring around 16th October today when I went to pick up my order No Body could able to find the product and later they have discussed and told me you’ll get your ring tomorrow and said if you want we can Deliver it to you.

Again after sometime when I have asked Are you sure you’ll send me tomorrow they said if not tomorrow day after ( actually we are not sure ) moment when I have asked for the refund they thrown attitude by saying ok give account details you’ll get money back after 10-15 minimum working days.. everybody was busy in attending new customers and nobody bothered to acknowledge my concern for very long time. Hence I left the store without any argument and I hope this feedback will give me appropriate answer and resolve my issue

I personally support TATA hence we gave preference to Tanishq and that’s why I went here for the first time but very disappointed by the service and customer service is zero from my side ( Andheri West branch opp Tanishq )
