Yes Madam - Salon at Home App 4+

It’s great!

I got to know about Yes Madam from an Instagram Ad, and prices were really affordable. So I thought to give it a try. I was not really hoping it to be very professional as the prices weren’t that high. But when the professional arrived, Her name was Nidhi Mishra, at first she was reluctant to do Wax as there was no AC. But I requested her to try. So she stayed. And when she did her job, it was well done. She really did put extra efforts. I am now satisfied with Yes Madam services and I would like to repeat it with her only. Thank you so much.

P.S. I have a suggestion for the company. That is to give a day specially for these hard workers. Make them feel special for a day. Give them free services of relaxation. Maybe take their birthdays or a day fixed for everyone in a month or in 6 months. I hope you will think about it.

Also there is a technical glitch on the feedback button. I tried to give her feedback a million times, but the app stopped every-time. I had to reopen the app and give the feedback again but it is happening everytime you click on “share feedback”.

Beware | cheat professionals

Ranjita Inamdar was assigned to me from this app, she kept talking about her sick mother and how she’s working here to earn money for her treatment. When I booked for another appointment she was assigned again, she found out there’s a wedding at our home and asked if she can come for other female members of my house. Because she’s told me about her sick mother I agreed. I told her what I wanted to do she asked me to book something random of less value so that her employees don’t find out and she’s able to earn extra. She asked me to pay her in advance as her she needed money for her mother. 3 days before the wedding when she came she gave some cheap facial of mama earth and charged 1500 for it. I could tell it wasn’t the one I wanted but didn’t say anything as I had a wedding at home. She then asked me for ₹2500 for her mothers medication and promised to return in 5 days. You guessed it right, that day didn’t come. I followed up with her after a week she told me about some family emergency and said she’d return in week. Again I reached out after 10 days and she had her family emergency ready This happened every week and she killed 3 of her family members and made her daughter and mother sick. I had been chasing her like a recovery agent for my own money. I don’t understand how such sick people are hired and how they’re trained. PS, don’t fall for their sob stories or you’ll lose your sleep over someone who’s is a compulsive liar.

Horrible experience with Suramoni Sravani

Sravani postponed the service for 30 minutes. She called me at 9:30am and requested delay for the service from 10am to 10:30am. Glass skin Facial- Didn’t do massage for 20 minutes.. Actually, the massge happens 2 times- once 10 minutes with gel & again 10 minutes with cream… when I confronted her, she said she mixed both (gel & cream) and did for 10 minutes… Didn’t use serum before pack (when I asked, she said she forgot) and wasn’t even apologetic about it, she said, “it’s no big deal, we can use it after pack.” O+3 Luxury Pedicure- Didn’t ON the foot massage machine… Didn’t use the gel powder with water on feet, she mixed in mug and massged my feet and leg which resulted in lot of wastage since half of it was falling down while she was applying it… Didn’t confirm the package… I odered O3 luxury pedicure, she started using Sara products. She was lazy to change water- after the basic cleanup, the whole dead skin and all fell into the water, it was really dirty… she asked me to dip my legs in it, but I asked to change the water since she cleaned my feet, she made a face and after saying it thrice, she got up to change it. Didn’t have her own nailpaint remover, had to provide her that. Unarms waxing- Wax wasn’t warm when she applied, as a result she has to strip it 7-8 times… I asked her not to do more than 3 times, I will remove the left ones with tweezer, but she didn’t care… now, my underarms have big red & sore rashes.
