Serious Problem in Network
Before lockdown service was excellent.. post lockdown service is horrible.. taking too much time to load and always Error mess for unlocking..
Kindly improve the service.. or shut your service.. waste of our money
customer support is good for nothing
They dont help at all they will only give you a estimated date or time for any problem you are facing , i have been trying to take my deposited money back coz there services isn’t satisfactory . They told me that you will have your money back within 7 to 10 working days but its been more then a month , now they dont even have a proper solution for my problem.
Problems
It was a good experience but the problem was in Newtown almost every docking station were empty we can only find them on morning other than that I had no problem what so ever
