CheQ: Credit Bill Payments 17+

CHEQ has started collecting 0.2% upfront for credit card payment and gives 1% CHEQ chips earlier these CHEQ chips could be cashed at 0.25/chip this was stopped later CHEQ allowed payment of credit card using chips, this was the USP of the App, Now even this has stopped and now only way to use chips is to use for redemption of useless vouchers that eventually entails lot of cost hence CHEQ Is is now completely useless app. I have stopped using it.
I fail to understand the rationale of charging 0.2% for credit card payment and disallowing use of cheq chips for credit card payment. Truly bad idea and CHEQ having killed it’s USP is not going to survive.

Pros 1) Immediately reflect the amount to most of CC or 1-2 hours. 2) 1% CheQ coins 3) coins redemption options. 4) outstanding bills Cons 1) 0.2% charges with max of 99/- for each transaction. No limit like 4000 coins. If you have more then 3 cards. You can ignore Cheq after 3rd card. 2) No leading banks available for internet banking like SBI and HDFC. 3) One card support in one account, we can’t add the same card in family and friends account to pay their bills, cred provides at least in two accounts. 4) 1% coins limit 4000 for higher bill values ignore this app better switch to Cred. 5) commercial cards can’t be supported here. 6) Vouchers limitations, 1 voucher per month with very low value like 50/- or 100/- this is too bad. Who are having large bills above 4lakhs , ignore this by paying only large bills upto 400k in this App them pay small bills in cred if you have partial amounts. Suggestion to CheQ Users like me, happy even though having charges since you have already given 0.25% as cash for coins 0.2% charges. But remove either upper limit of 4000 coins or limit the charges max 400/- per account. So Multiple card people also use this and do partial payments in multiple times when they are having money.

CheQ app is outperforms many credit card bill payment apps and manage to provide more rewards and offers than any other.
It has its unique features and simplify UI which enable you to pay the bill seamlessly.
One suggestion is to improve feature of reading emails and show the credit card bill amount with notification to user so that they don’t miss out due date and also to add feature to pay fractional (decimal) amount. As of now payment can be made only in whole numbers.
Rest everything is good and I love the payment option available again with cheq coins without processing fee.
