Fields Naming and what they mean is confusing
When u say pay total dues is same as minimum due. Then why to fields with the same value.
When it says total you can give the total amount due.
Minimum is for what the monthly payment.
Why multiple field with different names on desktop and mobile.
Also could we add like upi integration, which calls up anyone of the upi apps for payments.

Worst bank ever encountered
I applied for a RuPay Credit Card on July 6th, and it's still under process. I've submitted my documents multiple times, yet your team keeps requesting the same ones. I'm extremely disappointed, and your customer service executives don't listen and even drop the call. Please address this issue ASAP.
This is totally horrible. I no longer want your card—please keep it. I urge others not to apply for cards here, as your team doesn't know how to treat customers properly.
Poor app
The UI is very poor and takes time to load.
Even after making the payment, it keeps showing outstanding payment due in payment section.
Statement tab should be prominent and once selected it should show all transactions along with option to download and email.. Overall lot of scope for improvement.
