Good application for banking but credit card statements needed to be improved providing the relevant information such as outstanding amount, billed and unbilled amount. One more bug is that it always shows 5 notifications on the app icon but no notification inside the app notification area. Please fix it. Remaining all of the features are great. Thanks to the team.

This is my second cc i have another one hdfc card the best card till date on extra charges on minimum pay also this card charges more than 3% on payment if you are paying minimum pay and additional charges like GST and then your charges got exceed bcoz of 3% GST Then they will charge overlimit charges with GST and if you call to the call center department they don't give proper resolution to that they will only say drop a mail drop a mail to crm department if you tell them to transfer your call to your manager or TL they will say there is no facility like this then why you are having a call centre if you are not giving the proper resolution I personally feel bad i have paid 1692 extra charges of 19k bill they are fooling us don't go for this card buy some other banks cards I personally recommend HDFC cards i m using it from last 2 year the best service they will provide without any extra charges..

Hi , This is to inform that implications of non-payment or partial payment is very categorically mentioned in the billing statement / MITC that in case outstanding payments are missed or if the cardholder chooses to pay an amount less than the total amount due/ total outstanding amount reflected in the billing statement, the unpaid amount would attract finance charges from the date of transaction. Application is very slowly not the fast open in my iPhone please improving this bug's because I’m much waiting four open application and needed to statement area because show notifications on out side icon but in side no notification plea slowed the bug’s and needed the latest version application and fastest open all phone I wish
