We have optimised our workflow by tracking time and doing away with redundancy. Our employees can now take in more than 2-3 tasks at once and plan for more than a day.The inbuilt comments section for each task has been great to reduce stress and confusion while communicating. Me as a startup founder have created a separate space for thinktank activities and are now able to continue the flow of thoughts without regression over the same ideas. I would like a few feature that I was not able to find -1. A member level activity so that we can track what all a person has done through the day and week. 2. Alarm kind of notification for tasks that are marked urgent and whose due time has arrived.

Too much bugs and it’s irritating

Too much bugs in ipad and iphone apps, what’s the point of having an ipad and clickup app when everytime you even just wanted to see some thing for information and you always have to get back from your living room to your workplace to open the clickup in laptopVery frustrating and irritating You are not able to see differeny views of a list in this ipad app, now what you want? Just for seeing a bit of information i go back to my laptop to open that view in desktop app?Please work on these things and bring a better experience for users, you are in productivity space, if you can’t help in that at-least don’t break the existing productivity and flow state we have, and please work on these before next year’s May, else I have to move to some other option, as currently I am not willing to renew my plan when this one ends in May next year.Change my mind!Best of luck

I rate this a world no 1 app for taking tons of notes and also you can download in multiple formats like .pdf .html etcInitially it was little tough to learn after you will surf like a shark on your back
Very Useful but not mobile friendly

I’ve been using ClickUp very few times now, and it’s been really helpful for me in arranging all my task and completing it very efficiently, but the main thing I find difficulty in is that it’s Mobile friendliness. It’s very difficult to navigate through the mobile application. Click Up team. If you are seeing this, please resolve this issue ASAP and try to make the app very Yusuf friendly in the mobile version as like the Apple notes or Mila Notes
