Clovia is a hit or a miss. If a great product is delivered to you, it’s amazing! The cost, the quality is superb! But you can’t expect the exact product to be delivered if you reorder. It’s strange, but true. The exchange or return is a highly tedious and not a recommended option. The whatsapp support team appears untrained on most occasions. Only initiate a chat if you have the time and patience to deal with slow and incompetent service. The call support isn’t very helpful either. Promptness isn’t their forte and they have made that very clear on several occasions. I hope the team considers this as a feedback.

This is by far one of the worst e-commerce website. I placed an exchange request for my order on 20th October 23. When by 25th October I didn’t get any information about the pickup and exchange I called up to customer care to enquire about it. To my surprise i was informed that the pickup got cancelled because the courier partner had some technical issue on 21st October itself. 😳 so i need to cancel the existing request and raise it again. It’s highly irresponsible of clovia to not inform about it earlier. If I would’ve not called to customer care there was no chance I got to know about it. Otherwise i would’ve raised the request on 21st itself. Now, i had to get the exchange request cancelled and this time I raised the return request because I do not trust about the timeline of the entire exchange process, thanks to my previous experience. Once i raised the request i got confirmation at the end of the request that request is raised, this is the order id etc etc. I went back to my order section to track it and boom, there was no return request. Neither there was any intimidation via email or sms. Again i had to call customer care and ask about it and imagine the worst process of clovia, I was told that you can not see the return request via your clovia app. There is basically no way you can check the status of return requests. How pathetic, i think you guys should learn something from other e-commerce websites like zivame and myntra rather than making up the excuses about this non user friendly process. How can you not let know customers about their return request. I am never gonna use clovia ever because its such a hassle to communicate with customer care and tracking the request.

I ordered few items from my wish list. I did a pre payment. Was expecting the order to be delivered on the estimated time. Since it was delivered I kept tracking the shipment on a daily basis, the status of the order kept switching from ‘Out for delivery’, ‘Cancelled’ and was also following up with Clovia. After a week got a good home call from Delivery agent that the shipment was sent back to Clovia and I have to re-order the products. From that onwards iam calling Clovia now and then and they kept telling me to be patient since they have to check with Delivery agents. There is no response from Clovia yet on my order. It’s been a month now. Clovia should not have done this to their customers. I have ordered thrice in the past and I’ve decided not to order anymore with Clovia. Bye bye Clovia. I’m going to consumer court if they are not going to treat this with priority. Guys please be very careful with Clovia.

I had ordered 3 products from Clovia, they sent me one wrong product. I didn’t receive the one which was the costliest. Tried reaching out to them on WhatsApp, even their bot doesn’t reply. Then suddenly after hours some executive replies and even terminates the conversation saying you were not online even if you reply within a minute. Then tried calling, waited for a long time, no one picked the call, then I requested a call back, no one called back till date, it’s been 4 days. Then I also sent an email, and yes you guessed it right, no reply to my email also for 4 days! No I am trying to put a review here, if I don’t get the solution for this, I’ll be escalating it to the consumer forum! Will also be putting a review on social media!
