Refund not received - 30 days over

This lifestyle online shopping has no proper service provided regarding refund ...... I hav ordered 2 things on June 4th and returned June 8th ₹1798 ....... till now there is no refund being initiated....... everyday I’m callin the customer service and they are also foolin me by sayin. Wait for 24 hrs or 48 hrs so plz I suggest not to order online from lifestyle......... they are cheatin customers by holding customers money ₹1798 ........ it might be small amount to the company but a big amount to meee ........ cheaters Nd holding customers for 1 month so bad ....... plz return my money ....... I hav tried everywhere ....... the last option is to do complaint about this .......... they said it is my bank problem and I hav travelled for 1hr to reach the bank .......... infact the bank doesn’t hav problem....... it is the company which is not giving my money back ........ horrible services and cheaters 😡😡😡😡 tested my patience for 1 month

Refund not received.

This has by far been the worst shopping experience of mine . I had ordered 2 products on 26th August and as it dint look good it had to be returned. These products were under different order nos . But there logistic is so pathetic that they returned both the products under the same return id . I mean how is it even possible ? And now when I am asking for the refund they are asking me the return receipt . In order to give that to you , your pickup person should have given it to me . Now after 3-4 calls they understood what thr problem was . Initially they werent even aware of the mistake that had happened . And even after that every week they tell me to wait till monday and that they are gonna update me but no update is provided. Being such a big brand still this is the service you provide ?

Worst customer support and the app experiences

One of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. The response time was delayed, and the customer representative didn't seem to check the emails thoroughly. I had to repeat everything even though I had already provided clear details in my initial email.

Lifestyle delivered a product to me without a printed tag; instead, they had hand-written the product details on a piece of paper! I never wanted to interact with such irresponsible customer care again.

Personally, I prefer shopping at offline stores rather than using this pathetic online app and service. However, I must admit that the product quality is good but not matching as per the picture shown in the app ; I just can't overlook the subpar customer experience
The app is experiencing occasional lagging issues, and it also unexpectedly closes when performing searches. This disrupts the user experience and needs to be addressed by the developers. It is frustrating for users when an app becomes unstable and interrupts their usage. I hope the developers will work on resolving these performance and stability issues to improve the overall usability of the app.
