Customer shopping HOME CENTER online App!
Fradualent online ordering. I have ordered and done payment of the order. The stock was available on app online at that time but after another one day the ordered summary shows your ordred quantity is cancelled for whatever obvious reasons which clealy shows they manipulate the online order for their own interests or benefits . The merchandise stock showed available; payment got made & suddenly it goes cancelled!!

Worst customer service
I have ordered through home centre app. I ordered four items and out of that two was class items. Also I got the product delivered very late only. Inspite of that, I opened the parcel and I was shocked to see the condition of the glass items. Both where broken very badly. Immediately I called to customer care service for the refund. In the first call they spoke politely and told that my money will be refunded. I waited for a week and called them back and asked about the return request and at that time they said they wil send a person for pickup and later they will review the product and then will refund my money. I shouted at them and they finally promised me for the refund within a week. After two days a guy came and asked for the parcel and as soon as he saw the parcel he told me that I came by bike and can’t pick any glass items so he told another person will come and collect. Later one week passed and till now no one came to collect and I didn’t receive the refund also. Past two days I called them more than five times and they are saying the same story that they wil send a person for pickup. Very irritating guys.. Please don’t order any glass item from this website. Waste of money.. worst customer service.. I’m really frustrated calling them again and again.. fraud people.. cheating like this. Beware of Home centre..

Worst customer service and delivery
There are multiple issues that I have faced with home centre.
1. I ordered 15items worth around 8k and out of that 5item were missing. I received all the packages in proper packed condition but those 5 items were not there in those packages. After complaining in customer care, there was no update and when I call them up, they are just asking me to wait. It’s been more than 10day from the day of complaining. Still I have not received any solution from the customer support team. Most worthless customer care support as they don’t have any information.
2. Another two orders were shipped via BlueDart, without even attempting a delivery or a call, they returned my products. I am at home and my phone is switched ON 24/7. The reason they mentioned is after trying multiple attempts delivery they have returned the product. I have even paid for delivery charge for those items, but did not receive them. I wrote to customer care and response from them as well.
