Unable to place order
Spent all the time in building my cart. Went to checkout and choose delivery slots. The app added my card number for payment. But when completing the order at final stage it says “ cannot place order right now. Try later”. Complained on their call centre no and they said some issue with their banks. It has not been solved since one week. Whats the point in having an app if it cant take orders and wasting customer time?
Worst customer service
I have ordered through home centre app. I ordered four items and out of that two was class items. Also I got the product delivered very late only. Inspite of that, I opened the parcel and I was shocked to see the condition of the glass items. Both where broken very badly. Immediately I called to customer care service for the refund. In the first call they spoke politely and told that my money will be refunded. I waited for a week and called them back and asked about the return request and at that time they said they wil send a person for pickup and later they will review the product and then will refund my money. I shouted at them and they finally promised me for the refund within a week. After two days a guy came and asked for the parcel and as soon as he saw the parcel he told me that I came by bike and can’t pick any glass items so he told another person will come and collect. Later one week passed and till now no one came to collect and I didn’t receive the refund also. Past two days I called them more than five times and they are saying the same story that they wil send a person for pickup. Very irritating guys.. Please don’t order any glass item from this website. Waste of money.. worst customer service.. I’m really frustrated calling them again and again.. fraud people.. cheating like this. Beware of Home centre..

HomeCenter is fooling people with poor technology and pathetic Customer Care
1. They first send me an exciting offer as a message. (A learning from this is to buy when the price drops to 40% of MRP 😊)
2. When I tried to place an order both card and net banking payment did not work. For netbanking it came back to payment page over and over again. For card, it said you have come to a wrong page.
3. Since the customer care was closed by the time I was placing the order I called them next day. And a blanket statement comes from Customer Care that our site does not have any problem 😊. I asked her to transfer me to her supervisor, she disconnected.
So for me, HomeCenter and Lifestyle has become a Big NO.
