I purchased a bracelet yesterday from Seawoods mall, Nerul Navi Mumbai. On reaching home I discovered the lock defective. It gets opened within pressing the unlock button. I got saved from loosing my new bracelet as I would have lost i ans it got opened without my knowledge and fell in my car. Immediately I went to showroom and informed the staff and they also agreed that the lock is defective. Pl don’t sell defective item and spoil the brand name. We come here and pay as per your price so we expect a quality product. It’s a brand and not a roadside store. pl change my defective bracelet on priority. I purchased with enthusiasm. All that has vanished due to defective piece. What about quality control. Who would have been responsible if I had lost my bracelet because of fault from your end . I informed same day to showroom within two hours. Now pl replace the jewellery earliest without any delay. Kindly do not force me to Perdue case with your higher ups and other available means by delaying in resolving the issue.

I generally buy all the jewelleries from Tanishq and I must say that every time I get good collection and options here. Also, the service is extremely good and experience with staff is unforgettable. I would like to mention the name of one of the most supportive person - Mr. Mehul Rajput. He’s amazing person to deal with... Very supportive and helpful... Thank you for all kind support.
