Login issue - customer care also not able to solve

"I'm facing a challenging situation with the Reliance Digital app. My email address is already registered, and now that they've transitioned to mobile number login, I can't register because it shows an error that my email address is already in use. When I contacted customer care, they suggested using a different email address, but I don't have an alternate email. It would be helpful if they could link my mobile number to my existing email or allow me to register without it. I've reached out to customer care twice in the last 48 hours, and unfortunately, they don't have a system to open a case or provide a case ID."

Most worst customer service and retail store

I went to reliance digital store in Kopar Khairane Navi Mumbai. For apple adapter the customer executive told me to wait for 5min to bring adapter then he told price was 1900 so i asked him for offers so he told me that check on reliance digital online and then click their pickup at store so when i checked online it was 1800 so I ordered there at 8:20pm then he told me to receive a bill receipt and adapter at a different counter when i went there the person standing there told me to wait for 10-20min as they had some technical issues I waited for 9:40pm then after that person told me that” we can’t give the adapter you can take duplicate bill only for today” i told him that i have already paid for that product and either i will take my adapter with me or give me my money back. Then at 10pm he told me that we can’t do anything we are closing and you can just go with that bill only.. never thought of such a worst experience at reliance digital. I still have a duplicate bill and still not received my adapter. I would never ever recommend someone reliance digital…

Worst service ever

Only if i had an option to give 0 stars. Pathetic service. I ordered a phone on 31st oct 2021 and it was to be delivered on 3 november. Until, 5th of November there was no update as to where the phone was. They didn’t even ship it. When i called the customer support, they asked me to wait for another 72 hours for their call even when they were already late. Almost after 60 hours they called me and told that they couldn’t ship it because they did not have any stock. After cancelling the order from their side, they emailed me saying that they had to cancel it because i requested them to cancel. Firstly, they shouldn’t be accepting any orders if they don’t have it in stock. WORST SERVICE EVER. I have read many such reviews where people haven’t even received any refund. Just stay away from them. FRAUD!
