As long as you buy a product and do not return for valid reason they seems to be good but when you decide to return due poor quality or small size of the product that’s when their poor services starts. Below is my personal experience;
1. Bought a t-shirts for 8 years old, to be safer side ordered 9-10 years one.
2. When the product came we found out the size is too small against being labelled as 9-10.
3. We decided to exchange for next size but it was not available.
4. Finally we decided to return, the pickup person came picked up the product and left.
5. After 3 days the pickup person came and said there was some technical issue in the label hence could not complete the return.
6. He returned the product to me to try again after some days. Even after passing the 10 days from previous pickup, I am not getting the option to return the same item instead it saying they will attempt the pick again which never happened after first one.
7. Now the final return exchange date is near unable to contact the customer care over phone as well.
8. Called thrice, till IVR everything is fine but the moment you choose to talk to customer care they will warn you for high wait time due to Covid.
9. In each call, I waited 10 mins but nobody picked the phone call.

Note: I suggest not to purchase anything from their site, poor quality and pathetic service.

I have been a pretty happy customer so far with AJIO but to my surprise when I placed an order worth 3k with them I just received 2 items of the 7 and one faulty product . However they have showed that everything is delivered from their end. Beware any Concern with regards to delivery their call center and customer experience team is so laid back that you will keep running for months to get your own money back. They are clueless about product codes and don’t know how to even trace a package. This is just pathetic way of looting one’s money. I would never recommend AJIO app to anyone for their pathetic service recoveries and refunds. Be aware of the frauds. All the time you will get your parcels right and one fine day you end up losing your money which they won’t return or take seriousness to resolve the concern. Am writing this review after a month and half of struggle in getting my refund for the items that is missed from AJIO end. To add to it no one would answer to you well about the closure. One one person has one one answer to just keep your mouth shut and AJIO team is a super procrastinating team. Mark my words - your customer experience team needs a knock on their heads to deal with concerns . I wish I could get the operations head number of AJIO so that I express my grievance in person as they seem to be covering rosily everything from their end . Pathetic

I made my first order with AJIO that has 2 items in it. Because they were large for me, I had to request for an exchange and since one item in the size I wanted was out of stock a return got created for that. When the delivery partner came to pick up the return, I included both the items in the package. Now, when the delivery partner came to pick up and deliver the exchange item and I didn’t have any item with me since I included it in the return package.
So I got refund for the returned item but I haven’t got the second item nor the refund for it. When I raise complaint with Customer Care they’re saying that their logistic partner has checked that there is only one item in the package I returned. The customer care is not ready to even listen my side of the issue at all, they keep telling me the same thing over and over. And my online complaints are getting closed and I am getting emails that they tried to reach out to me on my phone when I haven’t even got a call from them. Such pathetic customer care AJIO has and my money is stuck with them forever now. I am going to raise this grievance with the consumer court and get my rightful money back and never shop from AJIO again. I’ll share this experience with all my friends and family too. Never trust Reliance ever again I guess
