I placed my order with exchange due to size issues and beleive what the size which was smaller than the one I ordered.. Hence I decided to return it by selecting my bank account refund option.. buttt the great zivame app it did not accept the bank details n now its been a month no refund.. worst customer service sitting over call they will just try to disconnect the call either directly or by saying 10-15 days 72hrs, 48 hrs.. n the worst part when I logged in this ghatiya app it asked only for my number no email address so the email address was added by the ai out of nowhere so they cannot send me a link for refund as email address cannot be edited in this worst app... I don't want to use this app anymore however i thought of getting the refund i zcash for this also i was given a TALLAAA saying 24-48hrs i mean seriously what the hell are these calling agents doing!!!!! Pathetic whenever i call i ask them is there any request you can see in my profile.. they say no maam.. n guess what sometimes call gets connected to same agent n they just disconnects the call without saying anything just like thatttt.. worstttt appppp everrrrrrr.. they sayyyy no supervisor is ever available to talk my goodness ye kis trh ka app h no editing option no sups available no resolution available wrst customer service agents allll worst

Whenever i ordered from this site there was always some or the other issues. Once you order they will take it for granted and never deliver on time. Never order from this site if you are planning to go out of station soon after. You have to chase for return/exchange like a dog, still they will not do it saying u cancelled the pick up, u were not reachable or some random reason to waste time in back and forth. Once the time is over they will give you the ultimate reason that the “timeline to return the product is over” hence we cannot do anything. We buy products at MRP not like we got it on great discounts or loot market prices. In the same time you can go the brand stores and buy stuff that we actually want to buy. Anyways zivame company products are sub standard and most selling products are brands other than zivame ones. AVOID ZIVAME site - you will aleays regret.

Firstly the biggest problem in the application is that there are always 1-2 pieces left and after every few minutes the item goes out of stock but it returns the next day, this is surely a glitch in the application. Secondly if we try to place an order and by mistake enter some wrong address or email id or upi id and go back the whole order gets cancelled and it becomes hell if you are using the “zcoins” which in itself is inconvenient to shop because it disappears from your account and then you have to wait for a days time for it reflect back. Today i finished payment via zcoins and for the remaining balance I selected upi for which i had to go to the upi app where I completed the payment also and the amount was deducted from my account but when i came back to the zivame application my order showed as cancelled and my zcoins also became missing. Love their products but complete let down on the application development part.

I ordered from Zivame on 30 of Jan n I got my parcel on 4th feb.N in the app it still shows that the item are on d way to deliver.Because of the size issue I wanted the refund for which I applied on the appBut then the next hour itself I asked for an exchange.The next day itself delivery boy called me reached at my place n picked up the order from blue dart but there was not receipt given being asked for the same he said I will get it on the phone he was having my name number n address N the very next day another boy from blue dart appeared at my place for pick up of the same order.From that time till now it’s been more than a month I neither got a refund nor an exchange of the product.N nobody from Zivame is taking the responsibility of the same.The number provided on the app is invalid or always speaking in Tamil which I don’t understand.After mailing for the same.I lady name Damini replied saying I have to wait for 15-20 working days for the money to be refunded.N after almost 25 days when I mailed back the case is with someone else name Noor Ayesha.N now she keep saying the same thing that she will see n let me know.N somebody will call me or get in touch with me.But nothing happened.Infact I was given time of 24 hours thrice n then 48 hours twice.But still nothing happened.If u guys have any shame do refund my money as soon as possible.
