App keeps crashing
App was installed based on corporate mandate from employer
If one goes to the profile and to update the app appears to crash(goes away from the mobile screen)
Tried restarting the mobile
But the result are same when one goes to the profile section
Even when one try to make a booking the app is crashing
Very Poor Service
The service standards are very poor. I made bookings for two cars and with just 10 hour left for departure.
Escalation matrix is poor. No proper response from customer care. They accept bookings for cities where they don’t have service coverage. The support staff is generally not interested to serve any individual client.
Good beginning but needs improvement
It's a good beginning for a traditional transport company but the overall experience needs to be "modernized". The booking pay works fine. But the payment part is still archaic involving paying through web portals. This needs to enable digital wallets immediately. Also addional kms and time needs to be settled in cash which is infeasible and defeats the purpose of online payment
This needs to be enabled through digital wallets as well. With all this it can be a great alternative to other travel service providers.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
