Worst Customer Service
I called the customer service guys after 3 days of returning the car to enquire about the refund of the advance that I paid.. the customer service agent told me that it would take up to 14 days for the refund. I just told that the other rental companies refund the amount within 48hrs and why you guys take so much time. All of a sudden this guy started shouting and blabbering about the company policies. Guys don’t book a car from these people or else your advance will be stuck for 14 days for no reason.
Booked a Hachback car on 18:08:2018 @ 09:10Am after my payment is done as to all your agreed terms and conditions.
1. If your people have some problem with verifying our DL due to some Server.
The Agent of yours where vehical pickup point says that we can’t give until its been verified.
2. The same thing is been reported to your customer exicutive. They has a reason that due to my profile is been created with first name and my DL and Adhar has a full name. So that can’t be done for booking car.
3. Though I said I’m ready to give all my original proofs during pickup and deposit extra money. It’s was all denied by your side .though saying I have my wedding I have booked car for my guest. U made me feel so disappointed.
4. And it’s your exicutive suggested to cancel booking saying that we can’t help my problem. And 53% + tax will be detected from my payment done.

Such a waste services i have never seen.
1. I have not received any confirmation message or alteast email on my payment or booking.
2. You had sent email on sharing documents, and i have not received any confirmation so far on my documents uploaded yesterday.
3. There is no content on car condition or what customer have to do if car condition is not good.
4. Worst and terrible experience with customer service. Telephonic guy couldn't able to explain or tell single advantage of mylescar services with other services.
"When i asked question like price is higher than other services then customer service boy told our prices are like this only.
5. I am totally worrying about my journey with myles and i can not cancel also because you loot money from the customer because your non sense responses or services.
6. You are not making any calls to customer for their clarifications or message through facebook or emails.
7. Last but not least, bloody idiotic services you are... mails/message/facebook no where you are active member. all services are waste and very late.
Zoom car services are verry better...
