Management level officers of Central Public Works Department (CPWD) can see the Dashboard of Complaints Pendency as per Benchmark Timing. Can add Comments and upload Photo of the complaints.

There should be false completion claim flag or any such type of feature in app so that we can report, contractors does not do his job and stil marks work done.

Neat interface. Does not allow feedback on specific complaints. False completion / satisfaction claim cannot be reported - this is a major flaw.
