More than expected
Very nice app, it let me register a request in less than 30 second. I was worried when I read the earlier reviews but the app performs better than expected
KENT is the “WORST” product Ever
I have purchased a purifier last year2018 in October. Initially for two months it was fine then all of a sudden the purified water was very slow and taking 2 to 3 hours to fill just 8 liters and later no water. I reported to Kent customer service and they replaced a sedement filter and asked me to clean up the water tank. So I followed the instructions and later it worked only for one month. Again the sedement filter is blocked. The funniest thing is there is another purifier downstairs and it works without any problem. So I told them to replace the product to which they refused upfront. They are cheating with people big time. To all people: Do not purchase this product at all. I don’t know how many people will agree with me but I am struggling with this product. Wanted to give -minus stars in the rating but it won’t accept less than one.

Worst experience with KENT! NEVER BUY IT!
Within 4th months of time duration 8 technicians (including today’s visit) have come to my home. Once in 15-20 days that freaking beep sound comes and I’ve to register a complain again and again. Technicians are useless!!!!! Many parts of the machine were replaced in March. Since then 3-4 of them have been replaced AGAIN because they were fake! This is what you get if go for KENT! So disappointed ! Called Kent costumer care for 10 times begging them to send a senior technician..NO ONE CARES! No any senior technician visited in this period! Worst service Center - East of Kailash, New Delhi! You better never deal with them! Nonsensical situation! Don’t know what to do!
