After sales service is a big big fraud

After sales service is a big big fraud, I am sure it cannot be done without the knowledge of OEM. Their modus is very clever. You register your service request with Kent Official website, their genuine service engineer will come, visit and assess, and will humongous estimate, and then will tempt into AMC nexus. He will say another engineer will come to fix and provide the AMC. Now, here you have very swiftly been sucked into a parallel fraud service nexus from Kent's genuine service network. Some engineer will come (from Safe Water Solutions of Laxmi Nagar), will fix up your RO, and will give you AMC receipt and take money. Once you get the receipt you will realise this is not a Kent receipt, but he will convince you that its Kent's authorized service center. You will start dealing with this new service center now. Everything will work fine till the time your RO is working fine. Then after couple of services, when you need a part replacement etc., you will start seeing lethargy in their response, they stop picking your calls. Then you again call 'Kent OEM service', engineer will visit you and say all your RO parts are local, and that you do not have a Kent AMC. And then what you are left with is - an AMC receipt from their service center which according to that engineer is not a Kent receipt, a broken RO and that Kent engineer.
Please do not fall into this trap.
Kent should take strong steps to strengthen their service network.

After sales service is a nightmare

One of the worst companies when it comes to after sales service...had these buggers paid heed to service instead of spending crores on celebrities ...it would have been much better ...I had bought an electric kettle frm Flipkart 4 months back...one fine day...it stopped working all of a sudden...I tried reaching out to customer care 3 times...each time they raised a request the request got cancelled due to some unknown reason..I even tried to escalate this matter to the higheups in the customer support but no luck...they don’t even know why the request is getting cancelled each time...I stay in Bangalore..it’s not any remote place that’s not serviceable..they have proved they are just a baniya company after all ..whose motto is to sell cheap Chinese products to customer and then forget the customer...I will make sure nobody in my peer group purchase Kent products again...

Pathetic after sales service by the service vendor ClearJal

The best products are ruined by the pathetic after sale services and that is what is happening with KENT. Kent has subcontracted after sales services to ClearJal, and Clear Jal is playing vital role in destroying KENT market with their pathetic service. They are forcing customers for AMC and then fool them by replacing used/ repaired parts. To increase their profit margins they are not even replacing parts and just wash and fit again so that it works for another 20-30 days. When asked about why does it needs frequent service these buggers say that water is not pure that is the reason it need’s service so frequently. Bloody to purify water only we paid so much amount to KENT and then to ClearJal. Pathetic & worst service experience till now. I’ll not be surprised to see KENT out from indian market in near future and the culprit is ClearJal.
