Recommendations for improvement
The thought behind this app is necessary and I am glad it has been made. But here are few changes that can help this app grow.
1. The woman at the beginning introducing to us seemed very out of place in terms of the interface. Maybe replacing it with an animated version with a voice over that goes with the theme will help improve the user experience.
2. The questions asked by the AI might be relevant to the context of India but might be inappropriate at the same time. Skin care is important for everyone irrespective of their marital status. It can I either be removed or at least the question can be moved to one of the last. Or this can be asked once during the interview process.
App is not at all working
I have bought the products. And now to see the regimen i am trying to open the app but it is not working . Back button doesnt work. Chat is not working . Trying reinstalling the app multiple times .
Worth every penny
I’ve been using CureSkin since March 2020 and have seen a huge improvement in my skin, specially dark circles. Their products are inexpensive and the doctors don’t prescribe unnecessary products. Monthly follow-ups are included in your regimen and it helps keep track of your progress and make changes if required. I would definitely recommend CureSkin to anyone who wants to take care of their skin!
