Just started using MM’s products so can’t comment or recommend to anyone at this point. I will come back and update this review once I see the results. I want to shed some light on their customer service. It immature and full of arrogance. I talked to one of their customer agent today and it was painful. I ordered an item twice because they had a wrong image uploaded for a product. Instead of acknowledging the issue, their customer agent started arguing back. Actually, at one point he was shouting at me. I reminded him to watch his tone but that didn’t help, so I asked him to add his supervisor to this call which he simply denied, said not possible. He called back after 2 mins and told that his so called supervisor will connect with me in 24 hours. I am still waiting for that call. A piece of advice to him, I can understand that there are good and bad moments during a day but such behaviour is unacceptable especially when talking to a customer. The other day when my order was delayed by two days, I was chatting with their other support agent. I know how some amateur work these days so without asking I explained the situation, he still responded like it was my fault because I had rescheduled the delivery. Here’s what actually happened, On the delivery date, I received a message at 11pm( yes you read that right) that due to operational issue. My order couldn’t be delivered today (Well, Yeah, it was almost midnight) and I have to reschedule which I did for the next day. Unfortunately, the order wasn’t even delivered the next day, Hence, I was talking to the agent above around 9ish pm. These are probably smaller aspects for someone but they are of utmost importance to many. This is a free feedback to Man Matters Customer Support department and of course, the Management. You can take it and improve or just ignore it, it upto you.

My order 0512*****booked at 31 august and there was no shipping done for 3 days later tried to call customer support but calls get disconnected many times, had conversation with the WhatsApp support and she is super slow to answer my queries, the product ordered was a second order, I had a doctor consultation in the first order itself the support executive said that there is a doctor consultation again omg i don't what was wrong there. again there is a lots of bugs need to be fixed in the website, in my first order there was a typo error in my name and i tried to change the spelling many time in the website it asks otp and i will get otp delivered only after 4-5 minutes and the edit i made was not updated i tried 3-4 times and fed up of editing again and left it as it is. overall experience other than product is zero
