I am new to Dubai and after a lot of research we decided to visit Danube to buy the furnitures. First visit, Mohsin Abdul volunteered to show us the products and we bought full bedroom set and some decor items too. The in-store experience was amazing as we had Mohsin, who was efficient to show us all the stuff as per our requirements. His knowledge about the products, understanding the customer needs, willing to help and support is commendable. We visited again to buy rest of the furnitures and was not able to decide and again Mohsin helped us to choose the right stuff. He made our experience with Danube amazing. Also, the installation staffs visited were really helpful. Overall it's a great experience and visiting again soon ☺️
On-Time Every Time
In my busy schedule, I value punctuality. DanubeHome has consistently delivered my orders on time, and it's something I can always count on. It's reassuring to know that I can rely on their service when I need something quickly.
Online purchase - 0
Do NOT - I repeat do not buy from their online stores. They have no idea what is happening What is being delivered or when it will be delivered. Its almost 20 days since I ordered a sofa set and on the app it just shows processing. Every time i call the customer service they promise me a call back- which happens after one whole day. All they have is an excuse of how they are not able to control their suppliers and their supply. Last purchase from me anyway. DANUBE Is not made for the online market. 0 promise fulfillment 0 customer service 0 supply management 0 order management
