Huge respect but disappointed
Tried to buy a mobile phone which is not came as a “Made in China” product but i couldn’t find the desired ones.
Order delivery
This is the most terrible service i ever got in this retail industry where customer service department and the app has no details of order tracking. The money is received by the SHARAF DG and i dont have my order with me even after 6 days. What worse can i expect. The app doesn’t say anything about order, when can I receive it, what is the status, no order details. A big amount of 5300AED is received by the sharaf dj and still material is not with them neither with me despite the fact it says on online that it is available ‘In Stock’. What crap is it? It should be resolved now

Worst experience ever
We received the order very late. And the products are defective , didnt get proper support from chat service. When we called customer care for return or refund, we are asked to bring it to the store in city centre bahrain . If we have the chance to bring it to city centre then why would we order online. We may have directly visited the store. There is no proper return / refund options for the products purchased. This will be the last time to order from sharafdg online.
