Good support team
My experience with DC has been very good. They were the only option for me to source a product from US during the Covid flight restricted period.
Also they have a easy process to replace or refund (credit) in case of damaged product.
There were delays in my order, but their customer service persons promptly resolve it. I made the mistake of not getting in touch with them earlier.. 🙂 All in all a very good. I’ve interacted with various customer service executives of DC & all were good. To name a few Lei, Samaa and others.

Kudos
Desertcart should be in everyone’s top three hunt engine for online shopping especially those items that’s hard to find in the market. Even pricing options have a scale at times better than most competitors. Area it needs a good revamp is contact center for help as waiting time is painfully long and include items from Australia if possible. Overall, kudos to everyone who put the site together.

Very very unsatisfied, nothing but wastage of money and TIME.!!!
I was unfortunate enough to use this app to purchase a battery for my camera, and there starts the never-ending waiting process. After the scheduled delivery date I followed up each day with the executive after waiting for 20-30 minutes in line just to chat with them regarding my concern, the only response I get is the shipment is on the way & I will get it soon... 8-days after the actual delivery date, they finally informed me that the package is lost they will re-order again... and again, the never-ending waiting process continues... Afterall it’s my mistake, that I chose to buy it online especially from Desertcart rather than going out to any shop in market and buy it all by myself..!!!!
I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS APP THIS APP..!!
