App is awesome, Just small lagging problem there.
App is so good, UI is also good, everything is too good, But there is only problem- In live Market the speed of transition from one tab to another tab becomes slow, It starts lagging a little bit. If you are scalper you need to place or exit orders very fastly then it might disappoint you. The Devlopers need to make the app work fastly, the transition must be smooth. Please consider this problem and make the app more faster like zerodha, After doing this I bet you are going to become the No. 1 discount broker in indian market. Dhan provide so many features that don’t provide by any other brokers. Just make the App and Website UI more smooth and more fast. There should be no lag in app and website. Please sove this as soon as fast. Thanku for this awesome broker, Love you Dhan.

Need to improve lot
It’s look user friendly but having lot of technical issues and it’s not working properly during market volatility ..system got stuck and erratic down however financial reports also not correctly updated ie PE ratio etc …and customer service also doesn’t have proper solution …I was using this app from may but due all this issues looking to discontinue …and recommend to not use bcz have high probability system get stuck or hangs during high volume trade Tks ….if they fix such bugs then we can think to resume but currently not recommended

Nomination option now added
original review: Its a recently launched product and it clearly shows. There is no option to add nominee during account opening(or at least if there was, it was not noticeable), my account got opened without nomination. Also for some reason fathers name field does not accept spaces. Have registered but will be holding out of transacting until issues are resolved. There may not be any any account opening fee but be ready to pay early adopters tax.
Edit: Nomination option is now active. I am very adamant for nomination in financial matters after having bad experiences in past. Lot of new features enabled since i wrote original review, they are taking user feedback and adding features very quickly.

Hi Akash, Thanks for the feedback. Nominations was an offline process till very recently. We are working to make this available online on Dhan asap. At the same time, we are continuously adding more features to make the experience better.
