Hi,
I am using this app from last 1.5 months to 2 months.
Its working fabulous - and It shows a proper diet on a daily basis what to eat and when to eat - specially their reminders - they send a notification every time that its a breakfast time or lunch time - it is helping me to maintain my timings of food.
And it also shows 1000s of recipes of cooking - so, one can not get bored by eating diet menu. It has a different varieties.
Ultimately - its the great app for healthy lifestyle.

It's fabulous app. Only when the diet is updated if it does not show there is nothing by which you can refresh it and get it.
