This needs to be solved asap, writing this after lot of patience from your end

I am a merchant on digital showroom since three months now, my experience has been smooth and for so for my customers as well,But there are few basic things which needs to be sorted on priority and its not and its Very misleading.While we are taking email address from customers for them to recieved updates regarding delievery, which is a very vital part of an e-commerce setup to receive updates regarding their delievery, but the issue with digital showroom and shiprocket integration is that all the updates of customer delievery are gone to merchant email address which is of no use to merchants and instead customers are not receiving their timely updates, which is not fair as an basic e-commerce setup, though its a small api integration issue but i think its a vert major issue for sellers and i don't understand how such major issue cannot be solved, I tried numerous times with assigned members of dotpe and they have highlighted it to the team but they only want time to solve it and I feel like there is no solution to if then i feel trapped into this situation which is not good for business.

I am a merchant on digital showroom since three months now, my experience has been smooth and for so for my customers as well,But there are few basic things which needs to be sorted on priority and its not and its Very misleading.While we are taking email address from customers for them to recieved updates regarding delievery, which is a very vital part of an e-commerce setup to receive updates regarding their delievery, but the issue with digital showroom and shiprocket integration is that all the updates of customer delievery are gone to merchant email address which is of no use to merchants and instead customers are not receiving their timely updates, which is not fair as an basic e-commerce setup, though its a small api integration issue but i think its a vert major issue for sellers and i don't understand how such major issue cannot be solved, I tried numerous times with assigned members of dotpe and they have highlighted it to the team but they only want time to solve it and I feel like there is no solution to if then i feel trapped into this situation which is not good for business.

Need more features for FASHION AND CLOTHING

Nice one. I like
Overall the app is good and handy. But the few things that I want the developers to work on are :-All themes are almost same. They don’t provide u with much editing or totally different UI. Just add 2-3 different yet fancy themes for clothing and fashion. Please add ‘special character’ (like -,&,(,),etc ) option in the store name option.Please provide options for video uploads of the products. And please increase the limit of number of pictures that we can add for single product. Specially for fashion and clothing we need to more photos when we are selling in bulk.Also the kyc is showing pending from last 2 days.It’s not getting resolved.P.S After sales team is very good. They guide u in every possible manner. It doesn’t take time or we don’t have to wait for long to reach them. So that’s the best part.

Guys please dont trust this app… I have opened a domain in this. I got a call I enquired abt the order quantity option is not available there is only option where we can either show instock or out of stock.. we cant keep checking the quantity when we are in office or somewhere … and they gave wrong info that it will be available in premium paln and they made me to make the payment.. after payment nothing changed only the theme where available.. the basic thing is updating order quantity where they are asking to pay 25k for unlocking that option.. and plz dont go with this app.. if u have doubts check the reviews in google there are lot of reviews that they cheated money of many…I suggest you to use dukaan shopify godaddy like that…

I got a call I enquired abt the order quantity option is not available there is only option where we can either show instock or out of stock.. we cant keep checking the quantity when we are in office or somewhere … and they gave wrong info that it will be available in premium paln and they made me to make the payment.. after payment nothing changed only the theme where available.. the basic thing is updating order quantity where they are asking to pay 25k for unlocking that option.. and plz dont go with this app.. if u have doubts check the reviews in google there are lot of reviews that they cheated money of many…I suggest you to use dukaan shopify godaddy like that…
