Signup with your phone number into the app. Signing in as an owner was never this easy. It is owners-only access for your restaurant. If you are an owner and are unable to login, chances are that you do not have access to business metrics. Ask your Swiggy POC to get you the same.

Easily manage your restaurant's menu with full control. Add menu items, upload images, set prices, and configure menu add-ons to enhance your offerings. Incomplete Effort
The intent behind this app must be appreciated. It has the right tools to give you a sense of direction. However, the revenue shown is pre-discount which doesn’t make sense as discounts can vary incredibly week to week. Also, the data only goes back up to 3 months. Considering that there are no downloadable analytics, you must provide data up to min 1 year or more like Zomato. Creating a promo shows error many times also.

Pathetic system
We onboarded swiggy 2 months back. We have not received any business from the app. They are just busy in making money, they charge for everything. Plus their partner support is next level pathetic. Their only job is to raise tickets for every issue. We were assigned a POC for new restaurant onboarding but they were worse than anything. Their number was always switched off. By mistake i got connected with her but she was of no use to us. Her knowledge didn’t help us on single issue. ALSO THE APP IS NOT FOR IOS- the app does not show new orders & does not run properly. They ask us to run advertisements for getting customers but bro that is again heavy on pockets. How can we use their expensive services when we are not getting any business from them. I’m earning better offline compared to business from swiggy. I think it’s high time to bid you farewell. VERY PATHETIC & USELESS ONLINE PLATFORM.
Pathetic design of the App
It’s strange to me seeing such a big company is unable to develop a good mobile app. Look at the design, the filters for calendar days is really worst. You can’t even choose to filter out the overview of sales for a particular day in a month. You must select minimum of 2 days to filter the sales overview. There is bundle of features of nonsense, not sure if there is a single person to whom at least 70% of the features are useful. The app doesn’t even have a basic functionality but have multiple tabs and features within. You guys rob the sellers lot but yet you fail to design single mobile app efficiently.
