Signup with your phone number into the app. Signing in as an owner was never this easy. It is owners-only access for your restaurant. If you are an owner and are unable to login, chances are that you do not have access to business metrics. Ask your Swiggy POC to get you the same.

Promote your restaurant using the Owner app! Create discounts, free delivery & freebie promotions for all your customers, new customers or inactive customers. Owners can choose specific days and time slots to further customize each promotion. Start by navigating to promotions screen to view and add promotions. Owners can also see metrics of their promotion campaigns.

Incomplete Effort

The intent behind this app must be appreciated. It has the right tools to give you a sense of direction. However, the revenue shown is pre-discount which doesn’t make sense as discounts can vary incredibly week to week. Also, the data only goes back up to 3 months. Considering that there are no downloadable analytics, you must provide data up to min 1 year or more like Zomato. Creating a promo shows error many times also.

Poorest platform for the restaurants

My store is operational 24 hours but I don’t get even a single order from Swiggy, on the other side Zomato gives me minimum 25/30 orders daily. It is a loss of Swiggy as well as me. I had paid Rs. 2500 for onboarding but in vein, Zomato took zero charge and giving me larger business. Swiggy RM calls only for chargeable services but never act on our concerns or suggestions. The zone given to my outlet is no use of me, and all these feedbacks are given multiple times but Swiggy has not even acknowledged or acted upon any of the concerns. They only need money from the restaurants - that’s it. Very poor part on the Swiggy management.

Intended loot

Discount starts it self, and i can not made changes. I have to make request to stop the discount. This is taking my freedom as a restaurant owner to choose weather to give discount or not and this is not good at all. Swiggy starts discount without asking the restaurant owner and when restaurant owner want to stop the discount they have to call and request to the Swiggy executive. Even the calling for discount removal is not easily searchable in app, if Swiggy have wanted they could have made easy step process but putting discount removal in deep in the application is something indicating about intention of the Swiggy.
