I am using this app since last 4 months and now iam going to write reviews-
Adding the products method is very simple
Customer can buy the product easily but there are some issues with payments like customer wants to get the payment option at time if buying the product but customers gets the option after placing the order which is very confusing
If a customer added 5 products and go to cart option so there is no image available of the product so it is also confusing, sometimes customer remove the product from the card and images plays the good role there
Product search option doesn’t work well as many customers complaints about it, and if we type product name in search option image doesn’t show there
Product return option not available
Product review feedback option not available
Email address should be added so customer can write the mail
Sometimes when we press back option it goes out from the page and again we have to search the page
Wish list option should be there
Overall app is ok for restaurants, supermarket, not suitable for online fashion or products where variations available

With our updated version, now you can receive advance payments for your orders with the prepaid feature and can also update your Email ID in the app. We also request you to share the screen recording with us for the lagging issue so that our developer team can investigate it.

This needs to be solved asap, writing this after lot of patience from your end

I am a merchant on digital showroom since three months now, my experience has been smooth and for so for my customers as well,

But there are few basic things which needs to be sorted on priority and its not and its Very misleading.

While we are taking email address from customers for them to recieved updates regarding delievery, which is a very vital part of an e-commerce setup to receive updates regarding their delievery, but the issue with digital showroom and shiprocket integration is that all the updates of customer delievery are gone to merchant email address which is of no use to merchants and instead customers are not receiving their timely updates, which is not fair as an basic e-commerce setup, though its a small api integration issue but i think its a vert major issue for sellers and i don't understand how such major issue cannot be solved, I tried numerous times with assigned members of dotpe and they have highlighted it to the team but they only want time to solve it and I feel like there is no solution to if then i feel trapped into this situation which is not good for business.

Good but lagging behind basic features

I really appreciate the simplicity of the app, however, it fails to collect complete customer’s data such as their contact mail I’d, contact#, gst# etc and it is not possible for us to forward these order data for billing team. Further, I feel, a page creation options should be given to store such as stores terms and Condtions, privacy policy, refund policy etc to make complete reliable solution.
