App not working on my iPhone

Hello , dishank app is very handy and good tool to get information about the land .. it was working fine but not it’s not working and unable to login and get OTP with my credentials.
Let me know if this issue is due to maintenance of the app or due to my iphone IOS upgradation?
I need this app , so kindly resolve the issue

Survey number mismatch of 89 medahalli

For entire layout with group of multiple survey numbers and plots around 125odd are shown as single survey number 89. This has affected my Homeloan approval technical verification and they said it’s mismatch and loan got rejected. Where as, since inception of land documents it never mentioned as survey number 89 for this location. I enquired with all my neighbors and no one has 89 in their land documents. How come banks considering this app as ultimate for land technical verification. How come such a great mismatch of survey number? I tried to request this via feedback option of this app and it never works as it stuck at entering survey number and doesn’t allow to submit feedback. Hope someone will help me to resolve my request. Thanks in advance.

Awesome app

This app literally saved us from a fraud. Even lawyer was not able to give us info on the litigation on the site we were about to purchase. Kudos to the person coming up with the idea of having info of survey number, owner details, open cases on land available to common man by a click if button using this app. Really grateful ❤️👏🏻
