Just Superb

I have barely written a review for an app and its services like this, but for porter i am pleased to right, i have used porter about 10 times in the last 2 years and believe me logistics have never been this convenient ever before, The drivers ive had have always been extremely helpful, even if ive not paid extra for helper, they have helped me the best to their capacity, the payment options are convenient, the time shown for the drivers to reach has always been accurate, if there is a way to thank porter enough i would be pleased to because transportation and logistics have never been so much convenient before..... thank you so much for the excellet app experience, excellent accuracy, polite drivers and ya one last thing een when i had an issue with payments they have waived of my entire balance too which is a really hard to find goodwill gesture these days

Using legal loopholes and avoiding responsibility.

App has become popular because of the business model of quick and competitive rates offered while bringing transporters and prospective customers with together. It works around certain legal loopholes, probably to keep things simple, avoid responsibilities for bad service by transporters. I used it locally between cities, but a close relative booked their intercity service. Their partner transportation vendor picked up the goods - did not provide a challan or a receipt - so essentially you have no proof that they took your consignment. It does not reflect on the app at that stage. Also the vendor collected 80 percent of the charges which is also outside the app. Nothing reflects on this app apart from the fact that you have booked a service paying a small booking fee and that your “shifting is under progress”. So, you have to wait for 4 or 6 days or whenever your consignment is delivered . TTill that time you have no proof that you have paid the company or the fact that the consignment is collected. All through that period it shows that the payment is pending despite you paying a humongous amount. The app should record at every stage to be rated so highly and trusted . Other Swiss it remain a just a basic tool to bring a cistern and trader together without proving any security

Worst experience ever

Can you ever imagine your shifting date cancelled?? All the plans made and just like that they delay and delay and your shifting is scheduled the next day. I have never experienced a worst customer service. Whenever I tried to contact you it’s the same thing over and over again. My shifting scheduled for a 12pm and when I tried to talk to the costumer care after a 2 hr delay,you still cannot resolve the issue. Now without any compensation you’re still asking me what is the problem. How many times do I have to repeat myself which is about 4 to 5 times already about the same situation? I talked with you guys about it the same times. Why is it not resolved?? The CS says the senior will call you but every time they call they don’t resolve the issue and blame it on network issues when I had talked with the previous agent perfectly before. I wasted my whole day waiting for you guys. If you cannot provide what you promised maybe it’s time for you to retire instead of giving false promises to your clients. This is by far the worst experience one can have when all plans have been made and all details finalised. Also your customer care services are a joke. Do try and provide what have been promised. This is the last time you will ever get a service from me.
