My experience with Doctor C for the second time has been very good. They have good professionally trained technicians who are sent home to collect samples and are on time. Their follow up on messages or calls is very good too. Last minute changes about booking appointments and rescheduling is very helpful too.

I have scheduled their diagnostic home visit, they have given results which are too far to actual my medical reports. Afraid of the results what they have provided. Later again i have taken doctorc diagnostic services within 24 hours and got different result in reports🤦🏻‍♂️. Like i have scheduled for one of my family members, and the result reports are made us afraid, again scheduled for the same person within 24 hours and the given reports are different from the first report which they given 24hours earlier for the same person. Dear People🙏🏼 Please be aware of this Diagnostic Mafia. These are giving lots of Ads just for increasing their doctor consultations through fake medical reports. If you trust their reports and take doctor consultation, they ll provide treatment as per reports which leads to severe health issues. I am okay share my medical reports along with booking ids / timings/ location sharing screenshots etc to who did not believe this. Hello DoctorC team, Don’t play with human lives to create money!

I myself a doctor I got tests done from this app this is my true honest unfiltered opinion 1. Delayed reports- they give reports after many days 2. Poor reliability of tests-not so true reports Many hospitals and medical colleges banned reports from this kind of labs including doctorC because we can’t play with patients life 3. Worst customer care services- literally I have never seen any lab center customer care services being this worst If they are this bad to a doctor myself ..I pity how they talk to other people 4. Waste of your money - because you will have to repeat the test from other labs to get true reports This message is for doctorC lab If you want to continue in this field Pls make reliable reports delivered in time and improve your customer care service which is very much needed
