Very good experience. Have taken diagnostic test thrice. Very well trained technicians: always on time and very polite. Highly recommended.

Made an emergency booking at 10 pm at night and got a test done next morning at 7. What else is needed.

I had booked there service after seeing ad, the technician calls me today and says he is cancelling my order, later I called customer care to check . They informed me that “ customer has instructed technician to cancel the order”. Which I didn’t informed any to cancel the order. Very unprofessional behaviour from the team. Didn’t expected this behaviour. Later I informed customer care to rebook it because I have already paid for there service , which they said they cannot book from there end and I need wait for my refund for 7-8working days. Bad ethics. I will never recommend DoctorC for any of my friends or family. These services are not trusted for any emergency situations. My question is how can I trust on there testing methods or quality. A big Zero from my end.

I found the rating is affordable and reports are accurate. The technician is very polite and guided well with options of additional tests to suit our requirements.
