Issue with the fund
I had a issue with the rent payment done through the app using the credit card. The amount was supposed to credit at evening but until the next day early morning the amount was not credit. The time I talked with the customers care agent within less time he solved the problem and atleast gave me a hope of my fund is safe and will just take a bit time to transfer.

Amount not credited even after the deadline time
I have transfer some amount from my credit card to account but i din't get money in my account till the deadline time. Why you should not credit money even after the 3days (the deadline which was given by your own application ) .
Why you are not following those rules which were made by your own application ?
Why you are taking more time than the dealine given by your app to processing the money even after taking taking the extra charge from customers still we didn't get money on time.
Not satisfy with your service (as per your dealine time you already took 48hours to transfer that money and after crossing the deadline line still we didn't gt money on time)
You must have to imporove your service customers are paying you for good service not for fake deadline time.

However, We would like to inform you that to check the status of your payment, kindly visit the My Orders Section in the App. If the status is failed, kindly wait for 1-8 working days for the refund to be credited back to your account. If the status is successful, it means we have initiated the settlement, it may take up to 5-6 hours after initiation to get the settlement. If you still haven't received the settlement, kindly drop us an email at support@easemydeal.com. Your Query will be resolved within 24 hours on priority. Thanks
